Outdoor protection, engineered

Weatherproof Enclosures Built to Keep Sensitive Electronics Dry

From 3D CAD review to 100% leak testing before shipment, we manufacture enclosures engineered for long-term exposure to wind and rain. Full-coverage seamless welding, continuous polyurethane seals, and pressure-verified mechanical locking work together to protect critical components.

A complete sealing strategy

Continuous welded joints, a seamless foamed gasket, and controlled latch compression help resist water ingress in demanding outdoor conditions.

Designed around the enclosure seal

Three coordinated barriers against water ingress

High protection depends on more than a gasket alone. We control the enclosure seams, seal continuity, and closing pressure as a connected system—then verify performance through production quality checks and final water testing.

01 / Enclosure seams

Full-coverage seamless welding

Every joint receives a continuous weld bead to eliminate gaps. Handheld 2 kW laser welders minimize heat input on visible surfaces, while MIG and TIG stations complete structural seams. Weld maps and penetration checks are recorded for each enclosure.

02 / Gasket continuity

Automatic polyurethane foaming

A robotic line applies continuous polyurethane seals directly into door and panel grooves. The closed-cell gasket expands to fill each channel without joints or splices, with consistent compression after repeated opening cycles.

03 / Closing pressure

Pressurized mechanical locking

Cam locks or multi-point latches pull the door gasket against its mating surface at 0.8–1.2 N/mm². Pressure is verified on first-article units and maintained through production to help prevent ingress under wind-driven rain.

Manufacturing capability

From sheet selection to finished assembly

In-house cutting, forming, welding, and coating help maintain repeatability across custom projects and production releases.

Material and thickness

Carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, and aluminum sheets from 1.2 mm to 6 mm. Selection considers load, corrosion exposure, and mounting method. Bend allowances and material certificates are documented for every batch.

Laser cutting and forming

Three fiber laser centers—12 kW and 6 kW—process sheets up to 2500 × 6000 mm. Five CNC press brakes handle multi-stage bends, from compact junction boxes to 6-meter frames. Unfolding and nesting are performed in-house.

Powder coating

An automated 2500 × 6000 mm line applies pretreatment, powder, and cure in one pass. Film thickness and adhesion are tested on every batch, including oversized frames and complete assemblies.

Quality assurance

Six dedicated QA staff perform incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, and final IP-rated water testing. First-article reports and material traceability accompany each order.

Typical project fit

Built for demanding equipment programs

Industries and buyers

Industrial machinery builders, BESS integrators, and telecom contractors order 10–500 units per release.

Enclosure scale

From compact control boxes to 6-meter equipment skids requiring structural strength and verified sealing.
