Manufacturing capabilities

Consistent geometry. Secure hardware. Assembly-ready parts.

A coordinated process supports the tight tolerances and reliable connections required of internal equipment structures.

01 / Forming

CNC bending for complex bracket geometry

Multi-axis 200-ton and 100-ton press brakes produce consistent bend angles and help maintain flatness across long flanges. Multiple stages can be formed in a single setup, supporting repeated 90-degree and offset bends with controlled spring-back.

Parts up to 6 meters long are processed on the same platforms used for larger enclosures, helping keep bracket mounting holes aligned with the finished assembly.

02 / Hardware integration

Automated clinching for demanding connections

Automated clinching installs PEM-style nuts, studs, and standoffs into bracket flanges and chassis plates. The mechanical interlock is designed to resist push-out and torque loads in vibration-heavy applications, including battery racks and CNC machine frames.

Seven dedicated clinching and tapping stations run alongside bending. Captive hardware is seated to specification without secondary welding or manual insertion.

Integrated process

Formed brackets can leave the line with fasteners already installed and ready for assembly.

Materials & applications

Hardware for the hidden structure of your equipment

From prototypes to recurring production, parts are made to support mounting, routing, reinforcement, and electrical integration.

Material range

Carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet from 1 mm to 6 mm.

Laser-cut blanks receive edge conditioning before bending. Electrical chassis parts may use 304 or 316 stainless steel with #4 finish on visible faces.

Typical project scope

  • Motor mounting plates

Reinforced plates and brackets for motor installation.

  • Electrical chassis brackets

    Supports carrying 19-inch rack mounts.

  • BESS cabinet structures

    Internal stiffeners and cross members.

  • Custom formed brackets

L-brackets, U-channels, and Z-brackets with multiple hole patterns.

  • Electrical connection supports

    Grounding straps and bus-bar supports.

Batch sizes range from 10-piece prototypes to recurring 300-unit annual releases.

Discuss Your Project

Quality controls

Measured for fit, documented by lot

Six QA specialists verify critical features throughout production, helping brackets and hardware arrive ready for equipment assembly.

Bend geometry

Bend angles checked with digital protractors; flatness and perpendicularity documented on every lot.

Hardware seating

Installed hardware verified with torque wrenches.

Hole position

Positions checked against 3D CAD to support assembly alignment.

Lot documentation

Inspection data travels with the shipment to help reduce incoming inspection at your site.

Inspected parts proceed to the specified finishing stage, including powder coating or passivation.
