Custom fabrication for equipment builders

Custom Machinery Covers & Panels

Enclosuremfg builds protective enclosures and panels to match the exact contours of machine tools and automated production systems. From large safety barriers to transparent viewing panels and quick-release access doors, we create a fitted safety barrier for your equipment.

For CNC machining centers, high-speed packaging lines, semiconductor handlers, and lithium-ion battery assembly equipment, our in-house process keeps fabrication and finishing aligned.

Custom-fabricated machinery covers and protective panels

In-house capacity

Large-format fabrication, in one facility

We cut, form, weld, and finish large assemblies under one roof—helping keep weld seams, bend radii, and mounting points aligned with the original machine frame.

Up to 6 m

Sheet metal processing

12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers process sheet metal up to 6 meters long.

200 t / 35 t

CNC press brakes

Forming capacity for components ranging from compact panels to large guards.

2500 × 6000 mm

In-house powder coating

Our coating line finishes complete assemblies without outside vendors.

Designed around access and safety

Features built for your machine

We tailor large protective covers and panels to equipment geometry, operator visibility, and service needs—including machine-tool body curves and complex automated production lines.

Form-fitting protection

Curved and multi-plane covers follow the machine body profile to create a close-fitting safety barrier.

Clear viewing panels

Polycarbonate or acrylic view windows are sealed into the panel frame.

Practical inspection access

Sliding inspection doors use linear or telescopic tracks for everyday access. Quick-release hinge sets let a full panel detach in under 30 seconds for major service.

Details integrated from the start

Cable glands, ventilation slots, and sensor mounts are placed during flat-pattern development. PEM fasteners and captive studs are inserted on automated clinching equipment before welding.

5

Mechanical engineers

Run DFM checks for every new part number, including bend allowances and weld sequences against the 3D model.

6

Dedicated QA staff

Perform first-article inspection, in-process checks, and 100% final verification before shipment.

Every batch

Documented quality

Material certificates and dimensional reports accompany each batch.

Order fit

From compact consoles to 6-meter guards

Most projects range from 10 to 300 units per release, with annual blanket orders common. Form factors span compact operator consoles through full-length machine guards measuring 4–6 meters.

What to send for a review

  • 01STEP, SolidWorks, or 2D drawings with GD&T callouts
  • 02Overall dimensions and material preference
  • 03Access, viewing, and service requirements

We return a DFM summary and firm quotation within five working days.

A simpler supply chain

One source for the complete enclosure

When cutting, bending, welding, and coating are split across multiple shops, lead times can stretch and tolerances can drift. Our single-facility process brings these steps together to support a 6-meter enclosure from fabrication through finishing and shipment.
