Designed around the installation

Outdoor conduit and distribution work

Our custom boxes serve outdoor conduit transitions, pipeline relay points, and power distribution branches where installers need an enclosure that is practical to mount, access, and connect.

We work with OEMs, electrical equipment suppliers, and installation contractors to coordinate enclosure dimensions, entry locations, mounting details, and hardware.

Formed rain cover

We can review a one-piece folded cover with continuous edge bends to help shed rain, subject to enclosure dimensions, material, and tooling requirements.

Drainage considerations

Where the application calls for drainage, we can assess discreet openings near the enclosure base to help reduce standing water. Their position and suitability must be reviewed against the specified protection, orientation, and site conditions.

What NEMA 3R means for your design

NEMA 3R is commonly specified for enclosures intended to provide protection against rain, sleet, and external ice formation. Performance depends on the complete design and installation—not simply the material or coating.

Seams, cover interfaces, conduit entries, fasteners, mounting orientation, and drainage all matter. We fabricate to supplied requirements and can discuss these details during quotation. Define any required testing, listing, or certification separately; fabrication alone does not imply certification.

From design review to repeat supply

Rapid prototyping backed by in-house fabrication

Our five-person engineering team reviews drawings and 3D CAD data for sheet metal manufacturability. For compact junction boxes, review can cover bend allowances, cover clearances, mounting points, conduit-entry spacing, hardware access, and assembly sequence.

We can flag potential interference and discuss practical revisions. Prototype timing depends on drawing completeness, material availability, finish, and design complexity. Include your target quantity and required date for a realistic schedule review.

Laser cutting

Three fiber laser machines, including 12 kW and 6 kW systems, for profiling sheet components.

CNC bending

Five press brakes across multiple tonnage ranges for covers, bodies, flanges, and mounting features.

Hardware and tapping

Automated clinching and servo tapping for PEM nuts, studs, standoffs, and threaded holes.

Welding

Laser, MIG, and TIG stations for applications from cosmetic seams to structural joints.

Surface preparation and coating

In-house finishing, pretreatment, powder application, and curing on a 2500 × 6000 mm line. Color and finish requirements are confirmed against your specification.

Keeping these operations under one roof helps coordinate fabrication and reduces dependence on outside processing for routine production. Our 6-meter fabrication platforms also support larger enclosure and machinery projects.

Materials and finishes

Quotes can follow your specified material, thickness, finish, and hardware. Share corrosion exposure, installation environment, electrical bonding needs, access method, and conduit layout. Identify stainless steel, coating systems, or defined corrosion performance requirements for evaluation.

Quality checks

Our six-person QA/QC team supports a closed-loop process from incoming material verification through production checks and pre-shipment inspection. Checks can align with the approved drawing and order specification.

For repeat orders, revision control and agreed acceptance criteria help maintain batch consistency. Identify critical dimensions, fit-up points, coating requirements, and required inspection records.

Volumes and programs

We support high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing, with typical batches of 10 to 500 units and recurring supply programs. Integrated cutting, forming, hardware, welding, and coating can simplify vendor coordination for custom projects.
