Cutting through coating
Built for outdoor deployment
Powder coating designed for prolonged sun exposure
Roadside and parking-lot charging equipment needs a durable finish. Our automated 2500 × 6000 mm powder line applies coatings formulated for high-UV environments.
UV and weather resistance
The finish is designed to resist chalking, cracking, and yellowing after years of direct sunlight—helping outdoor enclosures retain their appearance over time.
Controlled, in-house finishing
Pretreatment, powder application, and curing happen under one roof. Keeping the process in-house avoids transport damage and helps maintain color consistency between batches.
Details that matter in daily use
Accurate interfaces. Safer internal layouts.
Charging enclosures combine user-facing hardware with electrical systems that need carefully managed separation. We fabricate both with attention to repeatability and drawing requirements.
Precision cutouts for charging gun holders
Laser-cut hole patterns and mounting flanges for gun cradles are held within ±0.2 mm. Repeatable geometry supports smooth insertion and removal after repeated use.
Secondary drilling and tapping stations add threaded inserts while helping prevent distortion in the surrounding panel.
Partitions for strong and weak current isolation
Dedicated sheet metal barriers separate high-voltage DC or AC circuits from control and communication wiring. Engineers review customer drawings for specified minimum creepage and clearance distances before production.
Laser-welded seams and formed flanges maintain partition integrity without gaps that could compromise safety certifications.
From cut to coated assembly
A one-roof workflow for dependable production
Every listed process takes place at our single facility, reducing reliance on outside coaters or welders and supporting coordinated production through final verification.
-
Laser cutting
12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to the required thicknesses.
-
Forming
Five multi-axis CNC press brakes, ranging from 35 t to 200 t, form complex profiles.
-
Hardware insertion
Automated insertion places PEM fasteners and standoffs in a single pass.
-
Welding
Twenty-four laser, MIG, TIG, and cold welding stations handle structural frames and cosmetic seams.
-
Quality control
An in-house six-person QC team performs incoming material checks, first-article inspection, and 100% final verification before shipment.
Project fit
A good match for integrated enclosure assemblies
Consider us when you need
- Repeatable geometry across mixed batches.
- Oversized structural bases or documented material traceability.
- Laser profiling, multi-stage bending, hardware insertion, and protective coating in one cycle.
May be better suited elsewhere
Projects requiring only prototype quantities, or purely cosmetic outdoor boxes without electrical isolation, may be better served by smaller local shops.
