One facility workflow

From raw stock to finished enclosure

Material verification and 3D model review begin the process. Cutting, forming, hardware insertion, welding, and coating follow under one roof to help reduce dimensional drift between operations.

  1. 01

    Review & verify

Check incoming material grade and thickness; review 3D models for manufacturability.

  2. 02

    Laser profile

Precisely cut panels and structural members from steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.

  3. 03

    Form & insert

Use multi-axis press brakes and automated insertion for PEM nuts, studs, and standoffs.

  4. 04

    Weld & finish

Join frames and covers, then pretreat and powder coat in-house with thermal curing.

  5. 05

    Inspect & pack

Verify the finished enclosure before crating and preparing it for delivery.

Outdoor-specific construction

Built to shed water and resist exposure

Protection features are considered early in DFM, helping address rain, UV exposure, and condensation without adding avoidable downstream operations.

Discuss Your Enclosure

Sloped Drip Shield

Formed tops direct water away from door edges and seams, helping protect enclosure access points during heavy rain.

UV-stabilized outdoor coating

Outdoor-specific powder formulations are selected for color retention and chalk resistance under prolonged sun exposure.

Covered lock housing

Separate dust and water covers help shield lock hardware while keeping the enclosure accessible.

Double-layer insulation

An internal panel and air gap help limit condensation on the inner skin when temperatures change quickly.

Equipment and production capacity

A broad equipment base supports compact electronic chassis, outdoor cabinets, and large structural assemblies.

Applications and production fit

Suitable for teams producing battery energy storage systems, solar inverters, traffic control cabinets, and outdoor switchgear. Typical runs range from 10 to 500 units with recurring annual releases; larger 4–6 meter machinery frames are also supported for skid assemblies.

With coating and final inspection in-house, powder color or hardware changes can be implemented without new vendor qualification.

Quality checkpoints

Inspection built around delivery confidence

Checks throughout the production sequence help reduce the chance of rework after parts reach your site.

Incoming material

Sheet thickness and material grade checks on arrival.

First article

Initial parts measured against the 3D model before the run begins.

In-process controls

Bend angles, hardware torque, and weld continuity checks.

Final 100% inspection

Gasket fit, door operation, and coating thickness verified before crating.

Frequently asked questions

What information should I send for a quotation?+

Send your drawings or 3D models along with project quantity, finish requirements, and any special mounting details.

Can the outdoor features be included in the design review?+

Yes. Drip Shield geometry, outdoor coating, lock covers, and double-layer insulation can be considered during DFM review.

Can you accommodate finish or hardware changes?+

In-house coating and final inspection allow powder color and hardware changes to be handled within the production workflow.
