Outdoor enclosure manufacturing
NEMA 3RX Enclosures for Outdoor Telecom and Power Cabinets
Built for rain, sleet, external ice formation and corrosive outdoor conditions. Our 316L stainless steel enclosures pair weather-resistant construction with a bottom breathing drain valve to help manage condensate and equalize internal pressure.
A durable specification for telecom and power cabinets in high-humidity, coastal and salt-spray environments.

Materials & design
Made to withstand wet, corrosive sites
316L low-carbon stainless steel helps resist pitting in salt-laden air. The enclosure design sheds water while limiting corrosive buildup, making it well suited to coastal and industrial atmospheres.
Condensate control at the lowest point
A breathing drain valve releases internal condensate and supports pressure equalization without admitting external moisture or insects.
01 / Profile
Precision-cut sheet
Fiber laser profiling delivers flat patterns to ±0.2 mm before forming.
02 / Form
Controlled bends
Multi-axis CNC press brakes form cabinet geometry while minimizing distortion.
03 / Join
Welded and passivated seams
Full-penetration TIG or laser welds are followed by passivation.
04 / Finish
In-house finishing
Pretreatment, powder coating and thermal curing stay within our facility, with no external finishing subcontractors.
In-house production
Production capacity from flat pattern to finished cabinet
Integrated cutting, forming, welding and coating keep process control under one roof. Our equipment supports compact electronic chassis through large structural enclosures.

Built around your project
From pilot release to recurring supply
Typical releases range from 10 to 500 units. Cabinet footprints span 400 × 600 mm control boxes through 4–6 m equipment skids.
Recurring annual contracts support field-replaceable units for battery storage inverters and roadside telecom nodes.
Applications and quality checks
-
Site environments: Coastal substations, solar farms and EV charging corridors exposed to humidity and salt spray.
-
Engineering review: Five mechanical engineers review each drawing for bend allowances and weld access before production.
-
Quality assurance: Six QA specialists perform incoming material checks, first-article inspection and 100% final verification.
