Electrical Enclosure Raw Material You Can Trace

Reliable electrical enclosures start with verified raw material. Enclosuremfg manages the supply chain from certified mill procurement through final assembly, helping OEMs protect sensitive electronics with consistent, documented fabrication.

Every batch is sourced directly from reputable steel mills, checked on arrival, and supported by an original mill material certificate. We reject secondary-grade, warped, and inclusion-defective sheet so material consistency can support dependable forming, welding, and repeatable production.

Precision sheet metal fabrication for electrical enclosures

From verified sheet to finished enclosure

Material control, forming, welding, coating, and inspection coordinated under one roof.

01 / Material traceability

Quality is established before the first cut.

We procure carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum directly from established large-scale mills. Incoming checks and batch documentation give your team a clear view of the material behind every enclosure.

Verified properties

Each incoming batch is inspected for gauge thickness, tensile strength, and chemical composition.

Mill-direct sourcing

A traceable supply chain helps protect material transparency and batch-to-batch consistency.

Strict rejection criteria

We reject secondary or off-spec stock, including sheet with internal laminations, surface pitting, excessive mill-edge curvature, or wave-like distortion.

Original mill certificates

Every project receives original mill material documentation so engineering teams can review properties against applicable NEMA or IP requirements.

Consistency that carries through fabrication

Rejecting low-grade stock helps reduce spring-back and welding inconsistencies caused by uneven material hardness, laying a stronger foundation for uniform parts across the production batch.

02 / Integrated capabilities

One coordinated route from flat sheet to finished enclosure.

In-house cutting, forming, welding, and finishing reduce handoffs and lead-time volatility associated with multi-vendor supply chains. Our 50-person facility is set up for high-mix, medium-volume production.

01 — Profile

Precision laser cutting

Our 12kW and 6kW fiber laser centers process complex geometries with minimal heat-affected zones, handling both thick-gauge industrial housings and delicate electrical chassis.

02 — Form

Multi-axis CNC bending

Five CNC press brakes, ranging from OG35 to OG200, support multi-stage forming. Engineers review every part file for manufacturability and optimize bend allowances to avoid assembly interference.

03 — Join

Structural welding and assembly

Laser welding and traditional MIG/TIG stations serve machinery frames and outdoor cabinets. Eighteen heavy-duty layout tables up to 6 meters long provide stable references to help control distortion on larger structures.

04 — Protect

In-house powder coating

Our dedicated 2500 × 6000 mm automated line keeps pretreatment, coating thickness, and curing under in-house control. This helps deliver adhesion, corrosion resistance, and a professional finish suited to your operating environment.

03 / Engineering partnership

Practical support from design review to production.

Our five-person mechanical engineering team works as an extension of your R&D department, helping resolve manufacturing details early and support efficient final integration.

  • Unfolding and nesting

Optimize material yield to help reduce unit costs.

  • Structural detailing

Plan internal bracing and hardware mounting points to simplify final assembly.

  • DFM optimization

Identify potential production conflicts before manufacturing to reduce avoidable iterations.

04 / Quality assurance

Closed-loop inspection at every stage.

A dedicated six-person QA/QC team verifies the part, process, and finished assembly before shipment.

  1. 1

    First-article inspection

Check dimensions against your CAD model before volume production begins.

  2. 2

    In-process checks

Monitor bend angles, weld penetration, and PEM hardware torque during production.

  3. 3

    Final QC

Review surface finish, assembly clearance, and hardware function before shipping.
