Custom enclosure details can be tailored to your equipment, installation, and access-control requirements.

Security-focused design

Make unauthorized access harder

For public spaces, remote sites, and hazardous-voltage equipment, enclosure security is part of protecting people and valuable internal components. We work from your specifications to incorporate practical tamper-resistance into the enclosure design.

Padlock hasps

Specify a reinforced hasp with a thicker, securely welded lock eye to resist prying and forced entry.

Anti-pry key locks

Integrate key-operated anti-pry cam locks or swing handles, with multi-point locking available for larger doors.

Electronic access

Plan cutouts and mounting for electronic combination locks, digital keypads, biometric readers, or standard cam locks.

Tamper-resistant details

Reinforced stainless steel hinges, flush-mounted hardware, and concealed mounting points help deter vandalism and protect costly electronics.

Security starts with the application.

Tell us where the enclosure will be installed, what it must protect, and how authorized users should gain access. We can review lock placement, door construction, and hardware integration alongside your drawings.

Integrated manufacturing

From laser profiling to final coating

Enclosuremfg is a direct manufacturer serving OEMs with custom sheet metal fabrication and protective enclosures. Keeping key processes in-house helps reduce supply-chain fragmentation and gives our team control over fit, finish, and production coordination.

Our engineering and manufacturing teams collaborate from 3D CAD review through production to support enclosure designs intended to meet applicable NEMA/IP requirements.

  1. Precision profiling

Three 12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers produce clean, burr-free profiles for tight-tolerance components.

  2. Structural forming

Five CNC press brakes handle complex bends for modular cabinets and load-bearing frames.

  3. Automated hardware assembly

Seven stations support servo tapping and auto-clinching of PEM nuts, studs, and standoffs for consistent component mounting.

  4. Large-format powder coating

An in-house 2500 × 6000 mm automated coating line applies a durable, corrosion-resistant finish to compact boxes and large machinery housings.

Built around your design

Engineering, weld quality, and inspection

Our engineering team reviews manufacturability and assembly details before production. Weld processes are selected to suit material, gauge, appearance, and structural requirements.

Welding matched to the application

  • Laser welding: thin-gauge work where reduced thermal distortion and clean joints matter.
  • TIG and MIG: structural welding for stainless and carbon steel frames.
  • Cold welding: precise joining where heat management is critical.

DFM before production

Five mechanical engineers review 3D models for sheet metal unfolding, bend allowances, hardware placement, and potential assembly interference—helping make designs practical and cost-effective to produce.

Quality checks at key stages

With 20% of the workforce in technical and quality roles, a six-person QA/QC team verifies incoming material, performs first-article inspection for each new batch, checks in-process cutting, bending, and welding, and carries out pre-shipment inspection of hardware function and coating adhesion.

Production fit

Flexible capacity for recurring OEM programs

Our workflow is designed for high-mix, low-to-medium-volume projects—from a 10-unit prototype run to a multi-hundred-unit annual supply contract. Six-meter fabrication platforms accommodate small junction boxes as well as large machinery skids and outdoor telecom cabinets.
