From raw sheet to finished assembly
A complete fabrication workflow
Our production line combines precision processing, skilled fabrication, and in-house finishing. Whether you need compact electrical enclosures or large machinery housings, each stage is coordinated to support fit, finish, and repeatability.
Cutting and forming
Three fiber laser cutting machines with 12kW and 6kW sources, alongside five CNC press brakes, support precise profiles and complex multi-stage bends.
Hardware and machining
Automated clinching, servo tapping, drilling, and plate rolling help deliver production-ready parts with accurately placed features and hardware.
Welding and assembly
Laser, MIG, and TIG welding stations serve cosmetic and structural requirements, supported by large assembly tables for frames and cabinets up to six meters.
Surface preparation
Deburring, weld blending, and brushing operations prepare components for a consistent appearance and dependable downstream finishing.
In-house powder coating
Our automated 2500×6000 mm coating line handles oversized enclosures and structural frames, with pretreatment, powder application, and thermal curing.
Quality at every stage
Engineering review, incoming material verification, in-process checks, first-article inspection, and pre-shipment inspection form a closed-loop quality process.

Our five-person mechanical and manufacturing engineering team reviews designs for manufacturability, bend allowances, and assembly fit. Early 3D CAD analysis and detailing help address interference risks and dimensional concerns before production begins.
