Fabrication platforms for large assemblies
Technical and quality personnel make up more than 20% of our organization, supporting a closed-loop quality process from CAD review to shipment.
End-to-end production
Complex enclosures, made under one roof
From compact electrical boxes to large industrial machinery housings, our integrated production line helps reduce outsourcing delays, manage supply-chain risk, and maintain consistency across every stage.
DFM and design support
Proactive 3D CAD review, sheet metal unfolding, bend-line correction, and structural detailing help resolve manufacturability and fit concerns before production.
Cut, form, and assemble
High-power fiber laser cutting, multi-axis CNC bending, automated hardware insertion, precision tapping, and welding support complete enclosure assemblies.
Finishing at production scale
In-house surface conditioning and a 2500 × 6000 mm automated powder coating line accommodate both standard cabinets and oversized frames.
Precision and structural welding
Laser, MIG, and TIG welding options address cosmetic requirements, stainless steel fabrication, and structural joints—with low-distortion methods where dimensional control matters.
Quality built into the process
Material verification, in-process checks, first-article inspection, and pre-shipment inspection connect quality control from incoming stock to finished product.
From prototypes to repeat supply
Flexible capacity supports high-mix projects and typical batch sizes of 10–500 units, with large-format fabrication platforms for assemblies up to 4–6 meters.
Who we support
Built for demanding industrial programs
We work with OEMs and integrators that need dependable fabrication, engineering collaboration, and consistent delivery across complex sheet metal assemblies.
Industrial equipment and machinery
Machine covers, operator consoles, and enclosures for CNC equipment, automated packaging, semiconductor tools, and battery production lines.
Energy storage and power
Cabinets and housings for BESS, solar inverters, EV rapid charging stations, switchboards, and substation equipment.
Telecom and field automation
Outdoor utility cabinets, roadside monitoring controllers, and base station enclosures designed for demanding field environments and NEMA/IP requirements.
For engineering teams
Resolve design risk before it reaches the shop floor
Our five-person engineering team helps interpret GD&T, optimize parts for fabrication, and address bend allowances, assembly interference, and welding distortion through practical DFM feedback.
