A dependable hinged enclosure relies on precise alignment between the door and frame. Our engineering team calculates load-bearing requirements for each door configuration, then optimizes hinge mounting geometry to help prevent door sag and frame distortion.
Continuous piano hinges
Stainless steel long-row hinges distribute loads along the vertical edge, supporting tall, heavy doors and helping resist structural twisting.
Heavy-duty quick-release hinges
Lift-off configurations support field access when doors need to be removed or replaced without specialized tools.
Concealed hinges
A considered option for security-sensitive applications or installations where external protrusions should be minimized.
Designed for the complete door load
We account for internally mounted hardware—including heavy transformers, busbars, and cooling components—during design. Load calculations, reinforced mounting points, and high-rigidity material choices help keep doors opening smoothly and closing with uniform gasket compression over the product’s service life.

Laser profiling
12kW and 6kW fiber laser systems for high-speed, burr-free cutting of enclosures up to 6 meters in length.
CNC bending
Five multi-axis press brakes, with capacity up to 200 tons, support complex multi-stage bends and geometric accuracy.
Automated fastening
Seven dedicated stations for high-speed PEM hardware insertion and servo-controlled tapping, supporting precise alignment of locks, latches, and internal mounting points.
Structural welding
Low-heat laser welding for cosmetic-critical surfaces, alongside full-penetration MIG/TIG welding for load-bearing frames.
In-house finishing and capacity
Controlled coating for demanding environments.
Enclosuremfg operates a dedicated 2500×6000 mm automated powder coating line. In-house pretreatment and thermal curing help control chemical bonding and coating thickness to meet stringent industrial corrosion-resistance standards.
Integrated finishing supports lead-time control and consistent batch-to-batch color and texture matching for large-scale electrical cabinets and machinery housings.
