Laser Cutting Service for Precision Enclosures and Industrial Components
Enclosuremfg operates three high-power fiber laser cutting centers with 12kW and 6kW sources. Cut thin sheet and medium-to-thick plate with tight dimensional control, fast production, and clean edges ready for the next operation.

Quotation response
Fast, accurate cutting from prototype to production
Oversized sheet capacity, complex feature cutting, and in-house engineering support help shorten first-article turnaround.
Cutting capabilities
Capacity for demanding sheet and plate work
Three in-house fiber laser machines support rapid production across a broad material range, from delicate thin-gauge sheet to substantial plate and oversized panels.
Material range
Thin sheet to thick plate
- Carbon steelUp to 25 mm
- Stainless steelUp to 20 mm
- AluminumUp to 15 mm
- Light-gauge rangeFrom 0.5 mm
Dimensional control
Consistent precision
Typical features hold ±0.1 mm, with critical hole patterns reaching ±0.05 mm when required. Edge roughness stays below Ra 3.2 µm without secondary operations.
Large-format cutting
Up to 2500 × 6000 mm
Cut oversized panels in one piece to eliminate splices and reduce weld length on machine frames and battery enclosure sidewalls. Structural profiles and aluminum extrusions can also be sized on the same tables.
Clean features, fewer steps
Complex cuts finished right at the machine
A precise beam path produces intricate internal contours, slots, and mesh arrays in a single pass. The resulting high-flatness, burr-free edges can move directly to hardware insertion or powder coating—without a separate trimming or deburring step.
Discuss your part requirementsComplex profiles
Internal contours and slots cut to suit your component geometry.
Perforation patterns
Hex perforations, ventilation patterns, and mesh arrays with consistent edge quality.
Hole clusters
Mounting-hole patterns cut accurately, with critical patterns available to ±0.05 mm.
Production-ready edges
Low-roughness, burr-free cuts help parts progress without secondary edge finishing.
Engineering support
A quicker path from drawing to first article
Five in-house mechanical engineers review incoming 3D files for bend relief, hole-to-edge distances, and nesting efficiency. Marked-up drawings are returned within one business day, with practical adjustments that can reduce material waste by 8–12% on repeat orders.
DFM review is included with every laser cutting quote.
Typical project profiles
- Battery storage cabinets3 mm and 4 mm 304 stainless side panels with integrated cable entries.
- CNC machine guardsDoors up to 1800 mm wide, with 12 mm mild-steel frames and 2 mm perforated covers.
- Outdoor telecom enclosures1.5 mm aluminum skins and 8 mm mounting plates cut from the same sheet nest.
- Switchgear framesFrames 4.8 m long cut from 6 mm plate with bracket locations pre-machined.
Parts can continue through CNC bending, PEM insertion, and the 2500 × 6000 mm powder line without leaving the facility.
Quality assurance
Checks built into every production stage
Six dedicated QA personnel sign off on every shipment, supporting traceable material and dimensional checks from incoming stock to finished parts.
Incoming material
Raw coil and plate receive spectrometer verification on arrival.
First article
Reports include CMM data for every critical dimension.
In-process and shipment
Edge perpendicularity and hole diameter are checked before welding or coating; QA signs off on every shipment.
