Documentation supplied with your batch

Factory measurements, not assumptions

Review a full-size FAI report sample and, for structural assemblies where required, supporting weld inspection and NDT documentation.

Transparent quality assurance

The Enclosuremfg Inspection Report

Dimensional accuracy is a requirement, not an assumption. Every production run is accompanied by a standardized First Article Inspection (FAI) report with physical measurement data checked against your 3D CAD specifications.

The report documents critical dimensions, hole positions, and bend angles. Structural assemblies can also include weld inspection records and non-destructive testing (NDT) reports where required.

With measured results and batch records supplied with the shipment, your team can review conformance and reduce the risk of overseas receiving issues, integration delays, and rework.

01 / Measure

Check against your drawing

Technical personnel verify key features against supplied specifications and CAD data.

02 / Document

Record actual inspection data

FAI records capture measured dimensions, hole locations, and formed angles for the production run.

03 / Supplement

Include weld checks when required

Structural assemblies may be supported by weld inspection documentation, including NDT reports where specified.

04 / Trace

Link records to each batch

Batch-linked production records and material certifications support traceability from incoming stock through shipment.

Production capability

High-capacity fabrication, managed in-house

Our 50-person facility is designed for high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing—from precision electronic chassis to 6-meter industrial machinery housings.

Laser profiling

Three high-power fiber laser centers, including 12kW and 6kW capacity, produce burr-free edges in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Bending and forming

Five CNC press brakes, from OG35 to OG200, handle complex multi-stage bends with high repeatability.

Hardware integration

Seven automated machines install PEM nuts, threaded studs, and standoffs, helping reduce manual assembly time.

Welding

Twenty-four dedicated stations support handheld laser welding for cosmetic-critical surfaces and structural MIG/TIG welding for load-bearing frames.

Finishing and engineering

Resolve production risks before they become delays

In-house powder coating

Our dedicated 2,500 × 6,000 mm automated line keeps pretreatment, spraying, and thermal curing on-site. Internal control supports consistent coating thickness, adhesion, and color matching for large enclosures and precision panels.

Proactive DFM and structural detailing

A five-specialist engineering team reviews incoming projects for bend allowance issues, welded-seam thermal distortion risks, and assembly interference before the first sheet is cut.

Designed for demanding OEM applications

Industries where component failure is not an option

  • Industrial machinery

Covers, guards, and operator consoles for CNC and automation equipment.

  • Energy infrastructure

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), inverter housings, and EV charging station enclosures.

  • Outdoor automation

Weatherproof NEMA/IP-rated cabinets for telecommunications and utility monitoring.

Batch consistency

Traceability from material intake to protective packaging

Enclosuremfg links each batch to its corresponding production records. The shipment documentation package includes FAI reports and material certifications, giving high-compliance industries a clearer record of what was produced and how it was checked.
