Precision fabrication for controlled environments

Flush Mount Electrical Enclosure Fabrication

Enclosuremfg fabricates flush mount electrical enclosures for hospitals, high-grade laboratories, and cleanroom partitions. The door aligns with the finished wall plane to eliminate particle-catching ledges, while robust construction supports demanding industrial use.

Flush mount electrical enclosure fabricated for cleanroom and hospital wall integration

A clean finish, engineered into the enclosure

A narrow frame and flush door create a minimal wall interface without compromising hinge capacity, weld strength, or structural rigidity.

Wall integration

Precise alignment. Minimal visual profile.

Flush mounting depends on controlled sheet flatness and accurate edge alignment. Our engineering review accounts for bend allowances and material spring-back before fabrication begins.

01 / Model review

Plan the wall interface

3D models and drawings inform bend allowances, cut profiles, wall thickness requirements, and finish constraints.

02 / Flatness control

Keep the door on plane

Door and frame components are produced to sit within 0.5 mm of the finished wall surface once installed.

03 / Narrow frame

Under 8 mm visible border

Single-piece stainless or coated steel frames support a minimal aesthetic while retaining weld strength and hinge load capacity.

04 / Cleanable design

No ledges to collect particles

The flush door-to-wall relationship is suited to cleanroom corridors, procedure rooms, and other environments requiring frequent wipe-down.

Integrated production

One-site process. Consistent dimensional control.

All operations take place at one site, reducing external hand-offs that can introduce dimensional drift. Laser profiling feeds directly into forming, hardware insertion, welding, and finishing.

Discuss Your Enclosure
  1. 1

    12 kW fiber laser profiling

Precision-cut profiles are prepared for the planned bend sequence and material behavior.

  2. 2

    Multi-axis CNC bending

Controlled forming produces accurate frame and door geometry for flush installation.

  3. 3

Automated hardware insertion and low-heat laser welding

Clinched hardware and controlled welding help protect the clean exterior profile and assembly geometry.

  4. 4

    2500 × 6000 mm powder coating line

Uniform coating is applied across visible and concealed surfaces for a consistent finished enclosure.

Materials & performance

Built for repeated cleaning and demanding loads

Specify materials, finish, and reinforcement to suit the environment and wall system. Heavy-duty hinges and multi-point latches are installed with automatic clinching equipment to avoid surface protrusions.

Material options

304 or 316 stainless steel, in thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, for controlled-environment applications.

Surface finishes

Choose a #4 brushed finish or epoxy powder coat in RAL colors matched to adjacent wall systems. Both are designed to withstand repeated disinfectant wipe-downs and maintain conductivity grounding requirements.

Structural support

Enclosures support internal rack loads up to 150 kg while the door remains flush. Reinforcement plates can be added where wall framing requires extra stiffness.

Quality checks

Six dedicated QA personnel perform first-article flatness scans with digital gauges, sample-joint weld penetration tests, and 100% pre-shipment fit checks against supplied wall mock-ups. Material certificates accompany every batch.

Project scope

Flexible production for specialized equipment

Typical releases range from 15 to 300 units for battery storage inverters, medical gas control panels, and semiconductor tool enclosures.

Available design envelope

Maximum width
Up to 1800 mm
Maximum height
Up to 2400 mm
Cable entries
Provisioned on non-visible sides

Final dimensions and openings are reviewed against your drawings, equipment layout, and wall conditions.
