Custom industrial sheet metal fabrication
Control Station Enclosures Built for the Factory Floor
Enclosuremfg manufactures custom operator button stations, pendant-style housings, and foot switch enclosures around your layout, mounting method, operating environment, and production requirements.
For demanding work areas, we can assess thicker sheet metal, reinforced construction, and a powder-coating specification selected for the oils, cleaners, or chemicals in your process.
One manufacturing source, from formed parts to finished assemblies
Laser cutting, CNC bending, hardware insertion, welding, finishing, and powder coating are coordinated in-house.

Designed around real service conditions
Built for Hands-On Industrial Use
Control stations face repeated operation, gloved hands, nearby tools and workpieces, plus the oil, dust, and cleaning chemicals found around production machinery.
Where the application calls for added rigidity and impact resistance, we can review thicker sheet metal and reinforced construction. Panel thickness, formed returns, mounting details, and internal supports can be considered against your design and expected conditions.
Final protection depends on enclosure design, material, coating system, and installation. Share the service environment so the specification can be assessed rather than assumed.
Thick-plate options
Review material thickness, formed returns, and reinforcement to support the required rigidity and resistance to heavy-equipment impacts.
Operator and foot switch housings
Coordinate button and switch cutouts, mounting interfaces, cable entries, and access for installation.
Powder coating for challenging environments
Our in-house 2500 × 6000 mm coating line includes pretreatment, spraying, and curing. We can evaluate a dedicated powder-coating specification for stated oil and chemical exposure. Identify the oils, cleaners, or chemicals involved so compatibility can be reviewed.
Integrated production
Fabrication Capacity for Control Station Projects
We manufacture individual sheet metal parts and assembled enclosures for high-mix, low-to-medium-volume orders and recurring production. Keeping processes under one roof helps reduce supplier handoffs and provides direct oversight of fabrication and finishing.
Laser cutting
Three fiber laser machines, including 12 kW and 6 kW systems, for profiling sheet metal parts.
CNC bending
Five press brakes across multiple tonnage ranges for formed panels, covers, returns, and mounting features.
Hardware insertion and tapping
Automated clinching and servo tapping for PEM nuts, studs, standoffs, and threaded holes.
Welding
Laser, MIG, and TIG welding options for different structural and cosmetic requirements.
Finishing and coating
Deburring, weld blending, specified brushed stainless steel finishes, and in-house powder coating and curing for parts and assemblies up to 2500 × 6000 mm.
Large-format assembly
Heavy-duty platforms up to 2000 × 6000 mm support setup and structural work on larger fabrications.
From design review to inspection
Engineering Review and Quality Control
Our five-person engineering team reviews drawings and 3D CAD data for manufacturability. For control station enclosures, review can cover bend allowances, control cutouts, mounting interfaces, cable entry locations, installation access, and potential component interference.
Six QA/QC specialists support checks from incoming material verification through in-process inspection and pre-shipment review. Inspection requirements can align with your drawings and project documentation, including first-article review when required.
What to include with your inquiry
- 012D drawings with dimensions and tolerances; 3D CAD files, if available
- 02Material and thickness requirements
- 03Button, selector, indicator, and foot switch layout
- 04Mounting details and cable entry requirements
- 05Coating color, finish, and environmental exposure
- 06Prototype, batch, and annual volume expectations
Is Custom Fabrication a Fit for Your Project?
Custom sheet metal fabrication can suit a defined interface, non-standard mounting, a specific machine layout, or an operating environment requiring a particular material and finish. It is especially useful when the enclosure, formed panels, hardware, welded features, and coating need to be coordinated as one assembly.
Project fit depends on dimensions, material, construction, finish, and production schedule. Typical orders range from 10 to 500 units, with recurring supply programs supported.
Discuss Your ProjectCommon project questions
Can you review a design that is still in development?+
Yes. Share the intended controls, mounting points, and service conditions for an initial engineering discussion.
What should we provide for coating evaluation?+
Identify the oils, cleaners, or chemicals involved, along with the coating color, finish, and expected exposure conditions.
Can you supply an assembled enclosure?+
We manufacture sheet metal parts and assembled enclosures, coordinating fabrication, hardware, welding, finishing, and coating according to project scope.
