Built for direct floor installation

A base engineered for heavy equipment

The enclosure base is designed to stay fixed under vibration from drives, motor starters, and nearby process machinery. Reinforced corners, adjustable supports, and internal bracing work together to create a rigid mounting foundation without external protrusions.

Reinforced anchor corners

A 3–6 mm carbon or stainless steel bottom panel uses welded corner gussets. M12–M16 clearance holes sit 50–100 mm from the edges for anchoring into concrete.

Adjustable leveling support

Leveling legs thread into welded nuts at four corners and two mid-side points, providing up to 30 mm of height adjustment after placement.

Internal rigidity, no external projections

Cross members connect the base to the side walls to increase torsional stiffness. Added bracing helps limit deflection under 5 g vibration loads typical near large motors and helps resist side impacts and floor movement.

One-site production

A controlled process from sheet to finished enclosure

All operations run at one site, reducing vendor-to-vendor transport and keeping dimensional checks within a single QA loop.

Processing category Equipment and specifications Capacity Capabilities
Precision laser cutting 12 kW and 6 kW fiber laser sources 3 units High-speed, burr-free profiling of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets.
CNC press brake bending OG35 (2), OG100 (2), OG200 (1) 5 units 35 t to 200 t capacity for complex bends, compact chassis, and heavy structural enclosures.
Precision and structural welding 2 kW handheld laser, MIG, TIG, and cold welding 24 units Low-heat-input laser welding, sanitary TIG for stainless steel, and structural full-penetration MIG.
Coating and protective finishing 2500 × 6000 mm powder coating and curing line 1 complete line In-house pretreatment, powder coating, and thermal curing for oversized enclosures and frames.

Automated clinching installs PEM hardware before structural seams are welded using handheld laser or MIG processes.

Material and finish options

Choose the material and protective finish to suit the enclosure location, exposure, and service requirements.

Standard mild steel

Standard builds use 2 mm or 3 mm mild steel with a zinc-rich primer and polyester powder topcoat. Powder coating after welding creates a continuous film that resists chipping from forklift traffic.

Stainless steel for coastal or wash-down areas

Select 304 or 316 stainless steel, formed and passivated before coating, or specify a #4 brushed finish.

Keep installation features functional

Anchor holes and leg threads are kept clear of coating buildup to support consistent installation torque values.

Application fit

A stable platform for industrial equipment

Battery energy storage cabinets, outdoor switchgear, CNC machine guards, and variable frequency drive cabinets can all require dependable floor mounting.

  • Anchor directly to concrete using chemical anchors or expansion bolts.
  • Compensate for uneven plant floors with adjustable leveling legs.
  • Support heavy machinery with added base bracing and torsional stiffness.

Quality and traceability

Checks at every stage

Six QA staff verify materials, fabrication, and finished assemblies. Batch records remain linked for traceability on annual supply contracts.

  1. 01 / Incoming

    Material verification

  2. 02 / Forming

First-article inspection on the bending program

  3. 03 / Welding
