Custom sheet metal fabrication

Custom Pole Mount Enclosure Fabrication

Pole mount enclosures designed around your equipment, pole profile, and installation method. We manufacture cabinets for electrical, telecom, energy, and roadside monitoring applications.

From curved backplates to heavy-duty stainless steel strap slots and reinforced attachment areas, mounting details are reviewed as part of the complete enclosure assembly.

Designed for the installation

Pole-mounted cabinets built around your application

A pole mount enclosure needs to fit both the equipment inside and the support it attaches to. We fabricate to customer drawings and specifications, reviewing bend geometry, mounting features, assembly access, and production readiness.

Our team reviews the enclosure body, backplate, strap locations, openings, and hardware provisions as a connected assembly—not as isolated parts.

Roadside systems

Traffic monitoring controllers and field automation equipment.

Telecom and communications

Outdoor communications cabinets and related infrastructure.

Energy and power

Solar inverter, EV charging, and utility equipment.

Industrial and monitoring

Sensors, controls, electrical components, and outdoor monitoring systems.

Mounting features

Built to suit round and polygonal poles

Pole geometry and site conditions affect cabinet fit. We can produce mounting arrangements for utility poles, traffic-monitoring poles, and other round or polygonal supports based on your specified dimensions and installation method.

Fit and attachment options

  • Curved or contour-matched backplates to suit the specified pole profile and improve cabinet-to-pole fit.
  • Integrated slots for heavy-duty stainless steel straps to support strap-based installation.
  • Reinforced strap zones designed around loads at the mounting interface.
  • Custom hole patterns and brackets for project-specific attachment hardware.
  • Clearance provisions for cable entry, service access, and nearby pole equipment.

Outdoor readiness

Reinforcement for demanding site conditions

For strong-wind installations—including coastal environments and typhoon-prone regions—we can manufacture specified reinforcement and mounting details intended to help resist loosening, wind-induced movement, and pull-off.

Final attachment performance depends on enclosure design, strap and fastener selection, pole condition, installation method, and site loads. We recommend that the project’s qualified engineer define or approve these requirements.

Integrated production

Sheet metal production under one roof

Enclosuremfg operates an integrated sheet metal facility with 50 personnel, including 5 mechanical and manufacturing engineers and 6 QA/QC specialists.

In-house production helps coordinate fabrication, finishing, and inspection without relying on separate subcontractors for core production stages.

Fiber laser cutting

Three machines, including 12 kW and 6 kW systems, for accurate sheet profiling.

CNC press-brake forming

Five machines across multiple tonnage ranges for enclosure panels, channels, and mounting parts.

Hardware and tapping

Automated clinching equipment, servo tapping, and drilling-tapping capacity.

Welding

Laser, MIG, and TIG welding options for varying material and assembly requirements.

Surface finishing

Deburring, weld blending, and brushed finishing where specified.

Powder coating

In-house pretreatment, coating, and curing on a 2500 × 6000 mm line.

Engineering and quality

Review details early, verify them through production

Engineers review customer drawings for manufacturability, including sheet metal unfolding, bend allowances, structural details, and assembly fit. Early review can flag strap slots too close to bends, insufficient installation-hardware clearance, or openings that conflict with internal components.

Quality checks can include

  • Incoming material verification
  • In-process fabrication checks
  • First-article inspection
  • Dimensional review against supplied drawings
  • Pre-shipment inspection

Identify required material standards, coating specifications, dimensional tolerances, inspection records, and other acceptance criteria in your RFQ. We will review them against the project scope before quoting.

Project fit

Is this service right for your enclosure?

Our production model suits high-mix, low-to-medium-volume orders—typically around 10 to 500 units per batch—as well as recurring supply programs. Projects can range from compact electrical cabinets to larger fabricated assemblies, subject to drawing review and production requirements.
