Wall mount electrical enclosure fabrication
Hang securely. Keep the enclosure sealed.
Enclosuremfg builds wall mount electrical enclosures with a mechanically considered mounting system: exterior rear-panel blind holes paired with separate heavy-duty wall mount brackets. One installer can position and hang the enclosure with one hand, without disturbing its internal IP sealing surfaces.

Mounting designed around enclosure integrity
A clear load path, with sealing surfaces left untouched
The rear-panel mounting pattern and bracket geometry are developed together to simplify installation and transfer the enclosure load to multiple wall anchor points.
Discuss your mounting requirementsExterior blind-hole pattern
Blind holes are formed on the exterior rear face before welding or coating. Threaded inserts or studs remain outside the sealed volume, so mounting hardware does not penetrate internal gasket or cable-entry sealing surfaces. Patterns can align with common 19-inch or 24-inch stud spacing.
External heavy-duty brackets
Brackets are cut from 4–6 mm carbon or stainless plate, formed on multi-axis CNC press brakes, and welded using low-heat laser or TIG processes. Gussets and elongated slots help distribute weight across multiple anchor points.
One-person positioning and hanging
The bracket and rear-panel interface supports quick positioning and one-hand hanging by a single installer. Mounting locations are generated from customer 3D files, avoiding secondary drilling after powder coating.
Integrated manufacturing
From customer file to finished enclosure, in-house
Keeping fabrication, hardware insertion, welding, and coating within one 50-person facility helps reduce handoffs and schedule risk from outside suppliers.
-
01 / Cut
Fiber laser processing
Three laser sources handle enclosure panels and bracket blanks in a coordinated setup.
-
02 / Form
CNC bending and hardware
Five press brakes form bodies, doors, and bracket angles. Automated clinching installs PEM hardware while the enclosure is flat.
-
03 / Join
Controlled structural welding
Twenty-four welding stations support full-penetration MIG or precision laser welds, followed by surface conditioning to #4 or a specified finish.
-
04 / Finish
Dedicated powder line
The 2500×6000 mm line handles pretreatment, coating, and curing without outsourcing.
Specifications and program fit
Built for real equipment programs and mixed batches
Mechanical engineers receive DFM feedback on bend allowances and weld placement within 48 hours. Procurement teams can source laser-cut parts, formed assemblies, hardware insertion, welding, and coating from one supplier.
Materials and finishes
304/316 stainless steel, galvanized steel, and carbon steel in 1.2–4 mm thicknesses. Pretreatment is matched to the substrate. Outdoor telecom and BESS applications can specify zinc-rich primer with polyester topcoat.
Scalable capacity
Production supports runs from ten prototype units to 500-piece annual contracts. Heavy 6-meter platforms accommodate enclosures up to 4–6 m for larger switchgear or battery cabinets.
Applications and verification
Programs include CNC centers, EV chargers, solar inverters, and roadside cabinets. Six-person QA staff perform incoming material checks, first-article inspection, and 100% final verification before shipment.
