Outdoor telecom enclosure manufacturing
Precision Outdoor Telecom Enclosure Fabrication
Enclosuremfg manufactures heavy-duty outdoor telecom enclosures for demanding field conditions. Our 50-person facility and integrated production line support high-mix, low-to-medium volume projects for telecom integrators and infrastructure providers.
From secure double-wall construction to cooling and 48V battery integration, we build enclosure systems designed for reliable remote-site deployment and NEMA/IP protection requirements.
Integrated enclosure fabrication for secure, thermally managed telecom infrastructure.
Built for field reliability
Special-purpose protection for converged networks
Modern telecom sites bring network equipment, thermal control, and backup power together. We engineer the enclosure structure and internal provisions to work as one system.
Double-wall security
Reinforced, double-walled metal construction helps resist forced entry and physical damage. Concealed hinges, multi-point locking mechanisms, and tamper-resistant hardware protect critical equipment.
Low-power thermal management
Precision laser-cut mounting patterns and structural reinforcement support low-power heat exchangers, fan trays, and integrated cooling systems. These provisions help manage overheating and condensation in extreme climates.
48V battery integration
Custom 48V communication battery trays and internal racking are designed around appropriate load distribution and airflow paths for high-density backup power banks.
Salt-spray-resistant finishes
Our in-house 2500 × 6000 mm automated powder coating line applies specialized, high-build anti-corrosive coatings tested for long-term salt spray and UV resistance in outdoor environments.
In-house manufacturing
Control from raw material to finished enclosure
Integrated production reduces outsourcing bottlenecks and helps maintain close control of your specifications at each manufacturing stage.
Fiber laser cutting
12 kW and 6 kW high-power
Burr-free precision profiling of galvanized and stainless steel.
CNC bending
5-axis multi-stage
Accurate, repeatable bends for complex weather-sealed cabinets.
Welding
Laser and TIG/MIG
Low-heat laser welding supports clean surfaces with minimal distortion.
Hardware installation
Automatic clinching
Secure, efficient installation of PEM nuts and rack-mounting studs.
Powder coating
6-meter automated line
Uniform, durable protection for oversized outdoor cabinets.
Engineering and quality assurance
A practical path from CAD to production
Technical staff represent more than 20% of our workforce. Early engineering review helps resolve manufacturability and assembly concerns before production begins.
DFM optimization with mechanical engineers
Our five mechanical engineers review 3D models for sheet metal unfolding, bend-line accuracy, and structural integrity before cutting begins, helping prevent assembly interference.
Closed-loop quality checks
Six full-time QA/QC specialists oversee material testing, first-article inspection (FAI), and final dimensional verification.
Repeatable production batches
Digital records of assembly parameters help ensure subsequent batches remain consistent with the approved prototype.
Telecom infrastructure partners
Production sized for real deployment needs
We work with OEMs and integrators seeking a manufacturing partner for remote-site enclosures, from compact edge-computing boxes to large equipment shelters.
