For outdoor and underground utility projects, SGCC pre-galvanized steel combines dependable corrosion protection with competitive total cost. Its zinc coating helps protect exposed cut edges, while in-house phosphating and powder coating add a durable finish.

Corrosion protection, designed into the process
SGCC pre-galvanized sheet is a cost-effective choice for demanding outdoor equipment and underground pipe-gallery projects. The zinc coating provides sacrificial protection that helps limit rust at cut edges. Our controlled, high-adhesion phosphating pretreatment and powder coating build on that protection to support long service life in field conditions.

Twenty-four welding stations include low-heat laser welding for thin skins and heavy-duty MIG/TIG for structural frames.
Large-format production, without outsourcing
Heavy-duty 6-meter fabrication platforms and a dedicated 2500 × 6000 mm automated powder coating line accommodate oversized equipment skids and large electrical cabinets. We maintain control over coating thickness, cure cycles, and finish quality throughout the process.

Our five-person mechanical engineering team reviews every project for design for manufacturing (DFM). In 3D CAD, we check assembly interference, optimize bend allowances, and recommend material adjustments that can reduce cost without compromising structural specifications.
Identifying design variables early helps prevent production delays and ensures components arrive ready for integration.
